Order Processing

Where can I buy auria™ supplements?

You can buy our blends directly from our website or through authorized retailers.

When will my order be processed and fulfilled?

Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day will be processed and fulfilled the same day. All other orders will be processed and fulfilled the next business day.

How will I receive confirmation of my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately with your order details. Be sure to check your inbox, and if you don't see it within an hour, check your spam folder.

What shipping options are available?

We offer Standard Shipping (2-4 day transit), Ground Shipping (1-3 days transit), and Express Shipping (1-2 days transit).

How will I know when my order is shipped/delivered?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is fulfilled, and an "Out for Delivery" confirmation email on the day of delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking information will be provided in the shipping confirmation email.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
